This is definitely one of my theme songs for 2016 (and beyond). It's so easy to let the mind dwell on worries of some sort or another, especially if you're going through hard times. I've heard that worrying is like praying for what you don't want. So, thinking of what I'm grateful for, or even thinking of eating some chocolate brownies right out of the oven, have helped me get my mind in a better place. Hmmm, might have to make some of those brownies pretty soon....
